I’ve never really been into harem. I always seem to like the girl losing the “war” and it’s just pain. I really love how 100 girlfriends changed this standard harem trope and went with the poly route. <3
Anyways so I got suckered into this harem because of that and now I’m here 2nd week in a row having the latest episode of 100 girlfriends living rent free in my head 24/7. What the actual fuck. WHAT THE FUCK. This show is absolutely bonkers and you know what, it’s peak. It’s the peakest of peak. Unless they fuck up the last episode of the season this will be my favourite anime of all time… which is just insane. Also episode 11 special ED is so fucking good I’ve been listening to the full version for hours on loop. Hahari is amazing. Thank you mangaka of 100 girlfriends for making this equal degenerate and wholesome story. I will have to binge this manga after the finale of the show.

Also why is every girl in this show basically best girl!? I love them all!

Anyways that’s all I’ll have to just rewatch the show until the finale to be able to function, and hope some more of my friends will give this show a try. Hope everyone’s watching this is having as much fun as I am.
Also I know I said every girl is basically best girl but shoutout to Hahari for being best mommy

Literally brother, I just love how it doesn’t take itself seriously and you can just tell everyone working on it understand the objective. And loves it for that

well it is not supposed to be a serious show just a gag romance harem. u could even call it gintama of romance genre relating the comedy and obviously the reference. it's nice watching a non serious show like this or any other gag anime sometimes

@Ionliosite2 honestly didn’t think it was standard. The few things I have seen either doesn’t seem to go towards being a couple and the guy is just not able to choose/is too stupid to notice the girls. Or eventually after many episodes/manga chapter, he chooses one of the girls.
My apologies, I am not too well versed in harem.
But yeah I still absolutely adore how the setup for 100 girlfriends is.
