was it due to its similarity to stuff like classic space westerns like bebop or tri gun?

weird because people still praise garbage like mha or re:zero or jjk despite their horrendous world building and generic copy pasted tropes. nether are original or interesting, I basically predicted almost every plot point in them.

the space western is a genre that barely has 10 series in it i don't get why we couldn't have more similarities its not oversaturated at all.

Nah, it just means the people appreciating such works are getting lesser and lesser.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.
