Hands down, the direction has gripped me from the start an hasn't let go. I love a story with lots of mystery that's slowly revealed over time, so I couldn't be happier. The animation and art are phenomenal, the sound design, music, again going back to the direction, the show runners are at the top of their game. Excited for each new episode.

I recommend playing the game if you can, it’s a much deeper story, and plus the gameplay itself is super fun.

hard to say something like that after just two episodes. But yes until now it seems that this anime has a very high quality. And if the story gets as good as it is told (didn't played the game either), this is gonna be a banger.

I sure love the game, but it's impossible to compare it to the anime in terms of depth after just two episodes.

I mean its not that unsurprising considering A-1 is animating it, their directions have always been off the charts. And yako toro is working on it himself, so its bound to be super good .
I have never played the game myself either and im loving the series so far

The game is a million times better but the anime dies a really good job of showing a glimpse of the atmosphere the game has. So far I’ve been enjoying the adaptation, and only am really bothered by the people bitching about 1 second of CGI per episode lmao.
