I often update my anime list diligently, usually as soon as I login to MAL, but for manga list I often forget to update it, thanks to that I lose track to manga kinda often...

I forget that MAL exists, so I'm terrible at updating it. When I do remember it exists (like now), I try to update it with what I watched recently

So, like... Once every 4 months if that much?

Also, I 100% gave up on trying to update manga chapters cus... yeah, no, too much work XD

Update right after I watch an episode. When I binge anime, once I'll done binging I'll update it.

If it's an airing seasonal, I update my list after every episode.

If it's an old show, I update my list after finishing some episodes in one sitting.

I try to update after every episode I watch and manga chapter I read but I fall behind a lot on the manga side keeping that up to date

I update them very frequently. Usually every episode or after one sitting.

I update my anime and manga list when I finish an episode/finish a volume immediately. The mobile app comes in handy for that. 😉
