My favorite 2 are Akira and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. It's hard to pick between the two since they're so different.

It's really hard to choose, there are so many great ones for different reasons, you have the super iconic, nostalgic childhood one's like My Neighbour Toro or the first Pokémon movie and then you get the more reflective movie's like The Wolf Children.

My personal favorite is The Night is Short, Walk on Girl because I loved Tatami Galaxy so much and The Night is Short is that same fun and visually beautiful type of anime that made me love Tatami so much.

I have to give my credits to Your Name. The music and visuals are amazing while also making it the first anime that made me get into the entire genre as a whole.

Plus, it made me go into Japan so no complaints on that.

the most well animated is redline. but considering storyline, characters and such details, perfect blue is clear
