based on the recent replies, there's probably no development from those 200+ chapters lmao

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

It’s hard to say, a few months ago it felt like it was heading to a climax but that’s resolved and it’s still going. The only thing that can bring it to a close is the author choosing to resolve the main relationships. But it could also continue to work with these for a while yet.
It’s popular to criticise the pace or the development and say nothing happens but I think much of this criticism is disingenuous. Don’t get me wrong, everything is extremely drawn out in this manga and arcs are incredibly long without much concrete development. But I think the way the characters gradually change and connect has a lot of charm and makes the journey really enjoyable.
