What volumes of the manga does each season cover?

Basically as the title says. I may have an occasion of getting vol 12 for fairly cheap price, but I don't necessarily feel like picking most random volumes to read in general, as I stick to either reading chronologically what I have watched already or reading whatever volumes animes did not cover yet.

Note that I haven't watched the 3rd season and the movie yet, but I love the whole series.

https://nonnontv.fandom.com/wiki/Manga_vs_Anime this is the best resource I’ve found. Just checked my copy of volume 12 and it covers chapters 84-91, of which 84 and 91 are not covered by the anime and most parts of which are in Nonstop.
