Just binged the season, what did everyone think?

I honestly loved, the new Ultramen were a welcome addition, the ending just left me wanting more! It's all just buzzing around in my head right now.

I highly suggest reading the manga. Its LITERALLY SO GOOD and they’re caught up to Ultraman Leo and Ultraman Astra

I love how much the animation has improved, but the story is kind of rushed. By looking at the end of episode 6, it seems like this season is dedicated to introduce Ultraman Taro, but i was hoping that they could make it 3 or 4 episodes longer so the story could have more impact.

The animation is the one that actually catch my attention. I just hope that CG anime in the future would be as good or even better than this in term of animation.

Oh that's cool, I don't know anything about those Ultramen but that sounds pretty cool. Hoping to check it out on payday as I can binge the whole thing then,

Yeah it did feel like Taro was the protagonist of this season, the rest of them had barely anything to do. Even when they brought the OG back he was a damsel in distress for the bulk of it.

I agree the animation felt more impactful, there was none of that in season 1 everything felt light when it was supposed to be hard hits. Making it longer would have given everyone more to do, the whole team at the end had nothing to do.

A bit rushed but I really liked it, the action was really good and Taro was a great protagonist. Really sad About Izumi, hope they can rescue her somehow.
It's a shame the fight between Jack and Karate Alien was so short, that was hype.

Can't wait for S3, I'd read the manga but I like the tokusatsu aesthetic that motion capture gives, I'll read the manga after the anime.

Yeah I'd be interested in seeing that but I'm not sure after all they had a kaiju size threat in season 2 but no one got big unfortunately

i do not understand why this is rushed , the only problem i have with season 2 is that Queen mai was sidelined in the last episode, her entire arc did not get a proper resolution and also shinjiro forgot about queen mai after knowing that she died ,honestly it was injustice to her character,the only issure with season 2

queen mai and kotaro were the highlight characters of the season
