Do you like kaiki Deishuu? Why or why not?

As I just completed reading Koimonogatari which I brought a month ago I got a lot of insight on the character of kaiki Deishuu. He's pretty great character imo what about you guys?

My personal favorite character in the series. I kinda liked how I couldn't stand him initially, but totally flipped as he got more screentime. Just a really great character overall.

i think during Nise he is a bit underdeveloped and there just to be a despicable person, so i wasnt fond of him at first, but i love how they explore his character and develop it later on, and genuinely being one of the best characters in the series

As soon as I watched the second season, he became my favorite character. He was super sick in the last couple arcs

Literally pictured Kisuke Urahara every time he spoke (Same voice actor). Cool character overall.

compare to meme, kaiki is more fav to many maybe because he got more screen time although both are pretty good character imo.

He’s by far my favorite character in the Monogatari series. What I mainly like about Kaiki is just the overall personality that he has, from his choice of words to how he can get himself out of situations that a normal person couldn’t get out of, to how he views the world in his eyes, etc. I enjoyed a majority of all of the characters in Monogatari but I always enjoyed the show a little more when the spotlight involved Kaiki, yes he is a con artist and a liar, but he’s a con artist and a liar with a heart lol.

kaiki is easly the best character after hanekawa for me. His character arc in nadeko medusa was just brilliant.
