| So I watched the movie today. For the longest time I couldnt pull myself to watch it because I got spoiled with Major being alive and all that and I personally didnt really like the twist. Just because Violets whole character growth was build around Majors death. But seeing it now.... oh lord what a movie. That whole Yurith death scene tore me apart. I just love when anime makes me ugly cry. Dont know why. Thank you, Violet Evergarden. Love this series with all my heart. |

| Just watched it this week too. It slaps your heart that’s for sure. Easily became one of my top faves just for how much of an emotional ride it was. Never cried that much watching a movie… lol |

| I rewatched the last part of movie not too long ago at a grocery store parking lot while waiting for my family to finish buying groceries. Best believe I was sitting there, crying alone in the car LMAO But yeah, that ending will definitely get me every time I try to watch it. |

| The Yuris Story Line basically carries the whole movie. the later part with major alive, kills violets development and was unnecessary. |

| Really? I loved the movie and hated the ending. I thought it destroyed entire point of Violet learning to let go and living on her own but nope in the end she just stayed a slave. |
| It deserves 10/10 for nothingness and 20/10 for the destruction of characters' development with bullshit fan-service reunion. Yeah, it was the disappointment, for one last time. |

| Beautiful movie 9/10 may even give it 10 Also the yuris death was sad af but it didn't crush me as much as the ep 10 of the anime, now THAT ONE was incredibly painful, I barely cry on shows but that scene got me tearing up. I was curious if violet and major had an official relationship after this and apparently they get married in the LN. Everyone is happy :) |

| I'm so happy to see Violet reunited with her Major. All these years of waiting is totally worth it and I'm glad I was alive to witness this beautiful masterpiece. (I'm a year late because of some problems) |
