| Another thread on MAPPA being bad and not letting animators have rest when you don't realize that every animation company is just as bad when it comes to the work department. At this point, the whole MAPPA situation has become a meme in the anime industry even when there are different teams that work on different projects for MAPPA. And, we're talking about MAPPA that has one of the biggest employee counts (250+) so that makes sense why they chose that many projects and why they can work on them simultaneously. Normies acting like all the other studios are so good, it's just MAPPA that is bad. You gotta realize that if your name is not Kyoto Animation or Ufotable, then because of how Japanese work culture exists, this is not gonna change. Deal with it. |

Lemme show u some facts how fked up are other studios Studio jc staff has 12 projects this year(employees:190) Studio bones has 5 projects this year (employees:80) Studio cloverworks has 6 projects this year (employees:71) Studio TMS has 9 projects this year(employees:290) Studio silver link has 8 projects this year And studio mappa has 6 projects this year (employees:250+ ) Studio cloverworks animators got hospitalized during wonder egg priority broadcast and studio madhouse animators committed suicide due to overwork. Mappa is Considered as one of the biggest anime studio with 300+ animator’s Have u ever heard about freelancers. Mainly freelancers makes the job more easy and often utilised by most of the studio’s nowadays . |

| MAPPA has many animators and staff, including the most in the industry besides Ufotable, so each staff taked a different project. In fact the staff of each anime they are working on is different. Just look at CSM staff, JJK staff and AOT staff then compare it. after all not only MAPPA almost all popular studios including WIT, Cloverworks, Bones, JC Staff are also working on a lot of anime, but people tend to ignore this fact. |

A movie each two years for almost 6 years, Cloverworks is taking a lot of anime for being a small studio, and the director of wonder egg priority already passed out and went to the hospital two times during production. Skate into the infinity had its fair share of problems, WIT is taking lots of projects since they lost a giant amount of money, and it's a studio that's keen to overworking. We could talk a lot more, but nope MAPPA is the bad guy here. What the fuck are you smoking? No one said that MAPPA is the only problematic studio and that all other studios are like heaven fir workers. This is a forum for an anime made by MAPPA, why the fuck should we talk about other studios working conditions? |

| Look, that workload is pretty normal compared to their 2020 slate and Cloverworks' absurd pipeline. It just happened that they're taking bigger projects right now and that they're doing AOT S4 hence why they're under the spotlight. If it ever happened that Madhouse or Bones ended up doing AOT S4 back then while having a big-name project under their belts, you bet that tons of hate threads and "ugh my sakuga but you need to rest" threads will be there even after the first cour and any subsequent announcements that they'll make will be filled with those. |
