Just finished this season, didn't really expect much after reading some reviews but oh boy i was so disappointed i thought the reviews were from other animes, at least imo this season was... really really bad. Now, about the best part of the whole season, i would consider it being the opening, just a great song for tokyo ghoul, but not for this abomination, now what's your fav part of this?

To me Tokyo Ghoul Re Part 1 was very good. The story and characters are really good to me. The opening and ending theme as well are great. The animation was average but it didn't ruin my experience. Sadly Re Part 2 was very bad and everything I liked here was reduced severely. I might read the manga one day just to fix the problems I had with the other part of this season and the animation.

As Long as the Sun, the moon, and the Earth exist, everything will be alright.

Like seriously I’ve only read 6 volumes of re (they cover part 1)and it’s basically the same with a couple unimportant differences. How the fuck did it feel so bad in the anime. Like seriously it’s a faithful adaption and I rewatched re to check. Even as someone who actually likes the anime watching re part one for the first time felt so fucking annoying. But after reading the manga it didn’t feel bad going through it again. If anyone got an explanation pls tell me (unless it contains spoilers for the later volumes)

It's overhated, yes. But It's still far from perfect, it skipped a lot of important character development parts, which sucks.

The last episode is pretty good in my opinion, it ended with a great fight ( it was better in the manga) and it was the least rushed part of :re

I don’t think the stuff re cut was important for character development. Until the whole Tsukiyama arc it just feels rushed. Actually the auction was good. It’s more like it starts way too fast with too little information of what happened before which is actually the fault of the ending of the previous season. Idk after reading the manga I don’t really hate re as I hated it the first time I saw it.

Manga 🥱 actually opening are amazing and have good vibe . And fight scenes are really great . But the plot is important. And the studio who create this one . Not paying attention to manga story. (We need a tokyo ghoul brotherhood)

We finally got a confitmation as to the authors involvement and that it is sepearate from the AT leader. We also saw that Touka has actually moved on with her life.

Thats about it for the good parts. As for the bad parts - all the rest.
