Ritsu and Mio, when they are younger, watched a concert on their tv which lead to Ritsu wanting to play drums. This concert had The Who playing. Was this an actual concert and if so which one?

Kind of impossible to tell because The Who are still touring to this day and did nearly every year that Ritsu would have been a child. It was a relevant pop culture reference at the time more likely than it was an actual concert they tried to reference.
