| As the title says, Arabic Streaming service called "Shahid VIP" will stream the movie in their service in 1st October, with the original Japanese Dub with Arabic Subtitles and the Arabic Dub, as for The English subs there's a bunch of Anime with English subs and some with English Dubs, so there's a slight chance for the movie to be available with English subs. And about the availability of the service, as I know it's available in North America, North Africa and Middle East, I don't know about the other Regions.
