If we ignore any text, the first page is basically identical to the first page of the previous chapter. It misled me into thinking this would be an alternate retelling of said chapter. If you look at volume 8 of 8 Miles High, you'll see exactly what "awful blunder" the author is talking about on the intermission (or 'behind the fence') page—he drew Ina with the wrong hairstyle and color. The doujinshi's intermission page also contains different artwork from that of K.A.A.R.'s; it features illustrations of the Gorillaz and Culumon (Digimon Tamers).

Here are a bunch of things that might've been touched upon in later volumes ('autumn' and 'winter'). Will Jindaiji (well hung kid) succeed in getting Takano to engage in homosexual relations with him? Will Misumi stop bullying Takano? What happened during Misumi and Miyuki's past? How does the relationship between Watanuki (big kid) and Sono Satsuki progress? Does Miyuki keep her pinky promise to Tsugawa? How long does Takano's recently acquired harem last? And what does the title of this manga even mean?

What I'm most curious about is the subplot pertaining to Maya-sensei. We learn she's very likely a pedophile during volume 1. We learn this is likely true of Ishikubo-sensei as well in volume 2. But then the question is, just how many pedophiles are there in the faculty? Also, what exactly are they doing with the accumulated child pornography? While I don't have the answers, there is something else I do have an answer to. We learn Maya has an underling, who we see from behind (page 164 of volume 2). Based on the underling's hairstyle, my guess is that she's Ina. I'd imagine she's going to record all the perverted club activities and send them to Maya. And this might sound random, but I would've liked seeing Noda use his intellect to crack this pedophilia case. (Recall Noda's the kid who basically saves the entire class when they are stranded on an island in the super-sized chapter 6.)
