Dark theme?

I've only ever seen a few instances of this, it requires installing custom dark themes for Windows (apparently?) and enabling Eagleshadow's xml, which is currently not available. Anyone got any alternatives or something?

Apparently windows 10 new theme system doesn't affect applications opposed to how it must have prior which was an issue for me as well, that white background is too bright.

I used UXThemeInstaller(Free) to use custom themes for windows, I got my theme from cleodesktop and my particular theme was After Dark($2.50, you might be able to find something free but I felt this site looked trustworthy on my first visit and figured for only $2.50 for dark theme ALL applications on windows it was worth supporting the creator), applying the theme and a reset set me up with a nice dark theme for taiga along with all my other windows applications.

Eagleshadow's xml is easy to make yourself, C:\\Users\"USERNAME"\AppData\Roaming\Taiga\data\theme\Default open the xml file with your text editor of choice (I use notepad++) search for "Background" and change the hex color code to either "#5E5E5E(for the below effect)" or whatever shade of grey or any color you so choose.
