I just want to know where I can find some scans of the manga.

12 of the 45 volumes were published in English both individually, and as a boxed set as "The Wonderful World of Sazae-san," but that's it. They're on Amazon.

I can't find any of it online to read though, so you may have to purchase those volumes just to read them.
