I’m looking for good anime with the main focus being romance, I’ve watched a lot of romance anime so I’m having trouble finding ones that i haven’t watched, any recommendation is appreciated, thanks.

I have watched true tears and I’m pretty sure hyouka has little to no romance, I’ll check out your last recommendation though, thank you!

Honestly I didn't watch Golden Time even though I plan to. True Tears romance... let's say it takes a bit of time to get rolling, and the protag isn't a wimp or an oblivious dense guy. He seems to have self-confidence issues but gets over them eventually. I think an anidb review (by Eltimsy here) describes it better:

[Story]
Instead of just jumping straight into a love story they based it more on realization. A great portion of the series followed the characters and there own self realization of the situation and also there own feelings. From the start till the end not a HUGE amount happens but it is also a short series. The other thing I should stress is that it may sound like the story isn't soo important and rather the characters were the main focus, but I personally felt what they gained and not what happened to the characters was more important. That is what is learnt is more important then the characters themselves. Its hard to explain actually but for me I found that even at the end of the series it wasn't that important what actually happened to the characters. I mean sure there are somethings that you wanted to see happen but the choices they make or who they choose for there love partner made little difference to me. What mattered the most was how they went about getting to the conclusion. Thus the actual characters themselves were just a tool to get you there.
