Future of Black Lagoon and Hiroe's intentions

Well, the manga has been back for 2 months now, and, as far as I'm concerned, it's still pretty good. But I'm kinda worried about the future. Even if we ignore what happened those 5 last years and the multiple breaks/hiatuses, the thing is the size of the chapter is half what it was during the last arc. And before it came back I read somewhere we would be delivered a full volume BUT it would go on a hiatus again just after that ( Are you fucking kidding me ?!!!! ). We finally got a simple 13 pages chapter and now we have a chapter once a month. So... what do you think about all of this, have you found any news/hints that could tell us if Hiroe is back on track or just here for 4 or 5 chapters and will be gone again ? I'd like advices on that, because Black Lagoon is my favorite manga and all that uncertainty is getting annoying...
