Why the hell does izaya look so different in season 2 (especially the eyes)

overall the art style looks different but izaya looks tooo different!
btw do you prefer the second season style or the first one? I really liked first season style

I honestly don't care if they changed his look, as long as Hiroshi Kamiya is his seiyuu: I'm fine with it. Haha.
