Anyone here reading Tsubasa Chronicle? I just caught up to the latest chapter. If you don't read Tsubasa then I suggest you do. The second season of the anime sucked, and it doesn't look like anything will get animated soon. And Tsubasa really picks off after the Record arc (which is the last manga arc that was animated).

Damn, I read over 10 chapters. I was a bit thrown off in the latest arc because they ran right into the arc and only showed what happened vaguely when they got there through flashbacks. And not having read Tsubasa for a few months I was a bit confused and surprised on Sakura's personality (well all of them anyway, it was sad they all had really strained relationships). She was so incredibly serious and really only communicated with Fai. Probably cause he's such a liar. She probably couldn't talk to Kurogane too much when he's honest. Well, that and Kurogane supported "real Syaoran" more. And then there's Fai, who runs around telling 1000 different lies on the most important things, has like way too many curses on him and is just a messed up suicidal nutcase. He has made it onto the top as one of the most incredibly messed up characters I've seen. I was like seriously WTF-ing when Fai loses it and stabs Sakura. O.O And to think in the beginning of Tsubasa he was such a cheerful looking person (yeah we all know it's just a pack of lies but still... he looked like he was having fun too when their adventure was still happy)

Oh well, I remember a couple months ago after I stopped keeping up how much I wanted to know Fai's past. Well with how Tsubasa looks like its going into the final arc soon (in Celes) really surprised they moved onto showing Fai's past straight away. There's still a lot to be revealed (what Ashura did, why the sealing, why did Fai want to jump worlds so badly if it's not for his life, which I doubt it is considering how suicidal he is oh and yeah, I almost forgot, who he is exactly...)

Kurogane has taken a backseat so far. Still waiting for an explanation on how he's connected to this plot (besides Fei Wang Reed killing his mom). Has to be a reason why he needed to be here (besides being the person to stop Mr. Suicidal from killing himself several hundred times and keeping their group together and being the only person to support "real Syaoran").

Yay, I wonder what Fai's second curse is. How many more aspects of him to make him even crazier/dangerous?

Yeah, really enjoying Tsubasa. Even if it is a huuuuge emo-fest and has completely utterly destroyed the happy-happy joy joy setting it started out with. I need to catch up to xxxholic to see how Watanuki is connected to all of this.

Oh yeah and lastly, I thought it was a neat little trick of CLAMP how in the beginning of the manga Yuuko wasn't getting wet cause she was in another dimension to stop Fai from killing her. Didn't check the first chapter to see if there was anything drawn to show this (and normally its hard to show rain anyway in manga), so I wonder if they just BS-ed this up or whether they planned this from the beginning. If anyone's bothered, go see if the anime shows this aspect. Heh.

I have finally ORDERED the first 3 volumes of this. I can't wait to actually start reading it. I will probably pick up the scans once I'm caught up with the domestic releases! ^_^

I guess I should stay out of this topic b/c it's filled with spoilers :) Actually I still consider myself a big Tsubasa fan because I followed news of this manga from the moments it was just rumors. But i've been sticking with only Licensed (North America) releases and i've never downloaded scanlations yet. I have good will power i'm telling you XD. I would read ahead but the last time I did for another manga I couldn't hold in the spoilers and ended up saying stuff to my friends and they got pretty mad at me. So that's why.

I've Been Watching Anime for 20 years now. Can you beat that?

Hey. I was wondering if anyone knew what chapter of the manga did Season 02 end with? Just so I can start reading from there. My interest for TRC has picked up and I really want to read on in the story, but I can't seem to find the proper chapter to start with.
