Lots of fun stuff right from the outset. Hard-ass Ministry of Finance enforcer Ikeda Hayato breaking up a Tokyo black market, potential youthful sidekick Ohira Masayoshi, master-of-disguise Yoshida Shigeru, discussions of how Japan needs to get out from under the thumb of the occupying Americans...looks like the start of another enjoyable Owada Hideki manga.
