When I'm finished watching, which manga chapter I should start reading from?

Chapter 1. No seriously, that's where the next arc after The Golden Age arc begins. That said, you still have to read all The Golden Age arc in manga, even if you watch the anime, because otherwise you won't understand what happens later.

The only True Ending is the Harem Ending.
