Naoki Urasawa is a mangaka who is probably one of, if not the best, in the business. He's written four bestsellers (20th Century Boys, Monster, Master Keaton, and Pluto) along with a number of others. If you've finished any one of his series, you know how good he is. 'Nuff said.
