Thanks for the opinions ^^ I appreciate them. That's all I wanted really so that other admins (If they ever come back- they all seem to have disappeared at the same time) have ideas other than mine and I_day’s (And a few others here and there) on the subject to work on. |

WindyYes, I understand that. As for your side note then you are partly right. It doesn't mean that I don't want to help this club at all, I just cant be an active helper since I come here rarely- all I can do is sometimes come and give advises. As for the club organization thread I agree with everything about economy, especially I have liked cards which cost 300 or more coins. The only advice that I can give is make those cards as usual ones- so that shop keepers will send them, but the shop keeper receives only 10 (or 20)% of its cost, all other money goes out of club economy system. About game tracking updates I can say nothing, because I left that position long time ago and since that was tracking bank thread only. |

A side note: I guess you don't want to help the club out since you didn't go to the orginization thread (like I asked) and offer any ideas? |

@ Sairis and RYnky-san: I wanted to ask you guys (And anyone else who wishes to help the club) to please read the info in the first post of the organisation thread before any new ideas- that will give you guys an idea of what ideas were talked about and initially set to be either worked on or improved on so they could be used (If they weren't usable in their first thought up format).Also, as I mentioned before, to make it easier for the trackers to report the coins in their thread- we have a test on-going in the OST and Anime line games (It's mentioned in the first post as well also changes to game rules are noted in that thread post-those changes were agreed upon by several admins who were active (Myself and i-day included) at that time). The idea mentioned above(To help the coin trackers) was i_day's idea and it was really good (in my opinion) and it seems to be working well in those threads. I think discussing the club improvements in the thread is the best place to do it- since the thread posts can be edited as needed (And we can't edit here). Let me know in the thread what you think of that idea that i_day had once you guys have time to look at it in action. |

RYnky-sanHi, it is nice to see you here. Firstly, I would like to say that I am sorry that my messages had made you sad- I wasn't mad at you, just very surprised with that idea. And I cant disagree that current coin system has many problems. So I am ready for any discussions =). |

@ RYnky-san - Addition to my earlier post: Also we'd already decided to try out things to make the recording of the coins easier for the trackers- though I don't know if you read far enough back at that time, or if you read the thread for organization (I gave you the link but that was in the post that you said was too long to read >_> so, no idea if you knew about the things we were trying in regards to the tracking of coins)... anyway- we were working on making things easier for the trackers (Testing the idea out in 2 games "OST and Quote games"-i_day had the idea- and it was a really good idea)- that idea seemed to be working really well- and I figured that would solve the problem. That being said, I don't have, nor did I have any problem with you offering ideas. Or trying to help. My problem was more with i_day's reaction(No offence meant to i_day in that comment >_>) and he fact that it made me feel like I was the only one who wanted to revive the club to the way it had been. And like I was on my own with no help. Yeah, I was slow (Refference to something i_day said around the time that the idea of removing the coins was brought up), but I said when I offered to organize things, that I might be slow. |

@ RYnky-san - First: I'm not mad at you. I'm mad that the idea was embraced after we'd already started working on the new things for the club. Also I'm not mad at i_day. I know he's busy. I was explaining to sairis why I wasn't doing anything when I'd said to the club that I would do things. I don't believe I said anything disrespectful to or about you. I'm an honest and blunt person. When I have a problem with someone or an idea, I tell people. So I'm sorry if you were offended. I'll say it again- I'm not mad- I'm annoyed and upset(There is a difference) that it seemed that no one was with me when I started doing the improvements to the club that were discussed(The below quote is what gave me the feeling that no one really wanted to really work with me on the club). i_day said: well the idea for the shops is nice, but it's so much work for just some cards, and it's been a month and no progress has been made. I have two months of summer left, one month of which of I will be busy and away from the internet, so after that when school starts I probably won't come on that often. I don't really see it taking form until after then so I don't really care if the shops open or not, and same for the ranking system - a nice idea, but a lot of work for so little reward. Second: I understand that it was just an idea thrown out there, and that it could be ignored. But I seemed to be the only one at the time that was against it. I don't understand the comment about eL_marco telling us how to fix the broken threads, I wasn't mad then either.... Hello there, Im a little not happy about what you guys have been discussing recently. Its not like I abandoned the club and my idea, well, I said before that I did leave the club for a very long time and I felt irresponsible and came back. I also took a look at our shop threads and game threads to know the club's situation and what I've seen so far is no one request cards for the shops, also trackers who're doing their job arent getting the own coins either, and Im not sure if someone is updating the coins to users's banks though the trackers had updated them. 3 points led me to come up with the idea of removing coins. Because I was irresponsible so I want to do sth to help the club, and I think that we should remove the coins cuz I think its taking the trachers's time for nothing .. thats just my idea for you guys to discuss (that means you can strike it if you want, its not a bother at all). I know that coins make this club special (thats why I joined it) and I didnt want to remove it too, but I couldnt think of any other way that time, besides its just a suggestion. Maybe that time I wasnt smart enough to think of the better way then Im sorry. About the poll, I dunno why iday hasnt made it cuz Im not close to him and Im sure he did say he's busy and will be online less, ect .. I dont make the poll cuz all this time it seems iday and windeen-san are the only two taking care of the club so I dont have the right to open it and Im bad at making such important poll I dunno what to say to members. Im not cover for iday but I think he also didnt let it go like that since he hasnt commented for the club till now so I bet he's really busy or sth ... And after discussing about that Im always checking the club for more news but there're really nothing for me to say (el marco showed how to fix the error thread/then windeen-san upset again) .. I really dont know what to comment its not like I didnt take a look at the club. Yet for 2, 3 days there's no new comments so I didnt check it for a few days and now I saw you guys saying like we just messed this club up with that idea than abandoned it, the way you guys talked somehow felt like you guys are blaming us. Im really really sad. ... I felt sorry before and wanted to help this club and now I receive this? I know that Windeen-san is trying so hard that why when I came up with that idea I knew you would maybe agains it so I talked very soft and kind .. I just want to see if that can help and you guys can give your own ideas, I didnt force it! To tell you the truth Im also very sad when you're mad at me cuz I said I dont want to look at the discussion topic, though we had talked and it was a misunderstanding but that time Im really sad cuz you got me wrong but I let it go cuz I respect Windeen-san as well as you're trying so hard. Yeah, you and I can share it. I'm not entirely healthy (Had half of my thyroid removed earlier this year and having trouble recovering and getting use to the meds for it) I-day had said he'd help me, but now I assume he doesn't…. I’m also trying to get my small business going again (Which I stopped working on when I got sick 2 years ago)- so your help is welcome.I made a list of the points that he and I and a few other members discussed (It's located in the first post of this thread >> http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=300571 << That should help you to know what ideas were thought up before the subject of removing coins all together came up). |

Well the club needed someone to orginize and since no one else was offering, I did since I'm fairly good at orginizing. As for what they would replace the coins with. Nothing as far as I am aware. The idea was to get rid of the coins and (If I remember right) the card shops also. Then they'd just have an arcade and no coins, and nothing to replace them... and no shops. But I might be wrong about that. That's the feeling I got from what the 2 of them seemed to want anyway. I was gonna contact all the admins who are currently MIA but when they came up with the ideas about remobing coins, I got annoyed and wasn't going to contact ANYONE till I knew what was happening. As for being Tradition keeper- that would be fine with me. Also if you want to gather all the admins- that's fine with me as well (I hope you understand why I was so annoyed though). I don't have the time ATM to go and try and get their attention ATM. If you do do that though, please tell the admins to respond here in the club wall by the 7th of august (I think that's enough time) if you can't collect them- then I'll do it next week (If I have time). |

windeen-windyWell, I am also completely against it because it doesn't much with the idea which creator has given to this club. I would like firstly to hear from them WHAT will they do instead of coin system, but my answer most probably will remain the same as it is now- if you want to create something new go and create your own member cards club. It is easy when club has active creator- how creator says, so it happens. When creator is inactive, all admins are equal, so as I think before making polls/etc. such general changes should be discussed among club admins and if not 100%, then at last 90% should agree with it before creating it into life. Btw, I have mentioned that I am the only one left active here from the first club admin group (ok, not very active, but at last I appear once a week or more often). Can I be a Tradition keeper? And now I know why there are no new members- about 60+ people are awaiting when they will be approved =). |

I am waiting to do things for a reason- I had just assumed that you knew everything that was going on, when you said: "Yes, I saw how you had tried to organize the process".So I had assumed that you'd know about the subject of removing the coins (Which I am completely against for a number of reasons). |

No idea. You can read for your self though if you don't believe me, a the discussion about that is on the club wall and maybe a page or so back. I was doing everything I'd said I'd do but then they thought that was a better idea so I put what I was doing on hold because if that's what the club is doing than me doing what I'd said I'd do is useless since it revolved around the idea of the coins. I_day said he'd make a poll to see if members cared about the coins and I'm waiting to see what the results are before I do anything else. They seemed to think no one would care about the coins at all. I won't make the pool because it wasn't my idea and I think that the coins DO matter. The way I look at it- I don't think I'm being unreasonably annoyed since I was doing what I'd said I'd do (Slowly- but I told everyone in advance that I'd be slow because of my health)- and then a new idea came along and seemed to be embraced- and that idea negates all the work I was doing or planning to do. |

I'm waiting for I-day to make the poll that he wanted to make. I realize that sometimes waiting isn't good. But there's absolutely no use in doing work if we're going to remove the MAL Coins all together (Which he and RYnky-san seemed to want to do. I got upset when they both suddenly mentioned that after I started doing work for the club and then I came to learn that all of the things I was doing could be useless if they are taking the coins out of the equation (He hasn't made the poll yet though so I'm floundering >_>) But yeah, once I got all the ideas we were working on-done; I had planned on advertising (That was mentioned in the thread for the club organization; the discussions that are talking about club affiliations and the pass port system are mainly the ideas we were working on for that but apparently it's now all too much work. So I don't know what to do. and spending time on it when I don't know what other admins want to do or if we'll even still have MAL Coins I can't move forward. |
