I doubt it, Mana Khemia PS2 was already out, and they stated:
"a lot of the hardcore RPG fans will [enjoy the announcement], and that the series has been around in Japan for a couple of generations"
That does leave Mana Khemia 2 or games such as Atelier Lise and Atelier Annie open though.

Great ^_^
But wasn't that announced already? I have it pre-ordered for quite some time now.

Wait! This can't be the announcement NISA was hinting about back in July??

I just found one of the bath towel banners on:
http://www.siliconera.com/
It also stated that the release date is January 20. 2009.
And yes, it's an official NIS banner.

Delay is not nice. While I'd liked to participate in that contest, they'll probably not ship prizes to Sweden anyway. :(

Agreed! ^_^
Someone added video clips of Soul Calibur 4 gameplay with music from the Mana Khema, Atelier and Ar tonelico series's. ^_^
They added the music later, so there not using that feature.
Here are a couple:

Is that own music option for every game? I'm not 100% sure but I think it depends on the game. And it's weird that if only arcade version supported it because it has no hard disc.
Nevertheless, that's not an important factor for me; I prefer the music in-game. ^_^ Well that quite depends on the genre of course. Own music during a racing game would be great, but own music during an RPG? Hell no!

Palsa | Oct 14, 2008 6:43 PM
Oh yeah, the 360 also allows you to play your own music during game play.
I'm not sure if that feature is available for every version, but it is available for the Arcade version, which is currently selling for around $200.
Needless to say, that's the one I'm looking at getting. ^_^

Valkyria Chronicles does look good. ^_^
Right now my primary reason for wanting a next generation console is Soul Calibur 4, which is on both the PS3 and 360.
Tales of Vesperia is for the 360, so I'm looking at getting that too.
As for Cross Edge, I'll worry about it once they've officially announced Mana Khemia 2.
That will at the very least give Sony all the time in the world to lower the PS3's price.
Right now, there's no way in Heaven, on Earth, or in Hell for that matter, that I'm going to pay over $250 for a video game console. ^_^

Still on the fence for 360/PS3. Both have games i really want. Luckly most companies are going multiplatform now.

Xemat | Oct 14, 2008 12:56 AM
I'm tempted to buy a PS3 now. Valkyria Chronicles is being released by the end of this month and I really want that game *-*

Palsa | Oct 12, 2008 9:22 PM
I'll probably be getting an XBox 360 next month. ^_^

Palsa | Sep 29, 2008 8:23 PM
Don't be, from what I've seen, Soul Calibur 4 has everything Soul Calibur 3 had, and much more.
I saw a thing about the character creation on YouTube, apparently you can change the voice pitch in SC4.
I'm still not sure about ears though, but it should be a feature, since several of the new characters have pointed ears, and the same can be said for Link and Yoda.
I'm thinking about getting an XBox 360.
The Arcade Edition is selling for around $200 at GameStop.
It'll be a long while before Cross Edge gets a States side release, that is, if it does.
My feelings are that I might as well continue to wait for the PS3's price to drop.

Too bad I don't have Soul Calibur 3.

Ooh, a bath scene!
