He wanted to have them apologize to all the players of SAO for not sharing their knowledge in the game and monopolizing the efficient hunting grounds.
He was also the one who was striking a deal with Kirito to buy his sword but Kirito later found out that Kibaou was just being used by Diabel to draw him out as a beta tester.
After the boss battle, he had Asuna tell Kirito that he does not acknowledge him and will still best him in the next boss battle.
He was mentioned in volume 2 that he was one of the leaders of <The Army> along with Sinker.
He stages a coup on the leader of the Army Sinker, and seizes control. He also ordered the army squad led by Cobert to take on the 74th floor's boss.
His name is in katakana but if read in kanji, it means "Fang King".
