One of the students in the Invisible School when Akuma-kun joins, she can control wind.
There is a backstory episode for her in the series so spoilers.
Her father was human from Easter Island and coincidentally had a 'bird-man' title from being the first to complete the ancient ritual. You can learn more about it by searching 'Tangata Manu'. Her mother was Choujin (a bird-men race) like Nazca herself but was punished later on, her wings removed. She painted one of the Nazca birds (condor) while thinking about her daughter and her fate.
While both her parents are long gone they left their heritage for her to carry, empowering Nazca to help Akuma-kun in his mission.
