Oliva Biscuit is an assassin working for the US. He possesses an iron body and is almost invulnerable to anything. He and Yujiro crossed paths while he was sent to assassinate a drug cartel leader. He also has one bizarre technique in which he curls into a perfect sphere of muscle in which he is impervious to attacks, but can uncurl and seize his opponents, "eating" them "like Pac-Man." He then crushes them with his muscles. His appearance and name are based on former Mr. Universe and three-time Mr. Olympia Sergio Oliva.
