Tsuneo OoguroTsuneo is a scientist who wins the Nobel Prize for his discovery of a new planet, which he names after his beloved daughter, Remina. As more information about Planet Remina's destructive behavior pours in, public opinion of him and his daughter shifts to considering them responsible for drawing the Planet to Earth.
