Okaru-sanOkaru-san is a kind old woman who works at the Inn of Lost Things, tending to the Landlady and directing the other staff. Although she initially sees the Landlady as detached but kind, Okaru-san realizes that she is affected by the guests' pain and regrets, and does whatever she can to ease her burden.
