Echika Hieda (エリカ·ヒエダ)The protagonist, a young girl named Echika, works as an electric investigator, searching for clues to solve cases by diving into other people's memories. She has extraordinary processing power like a machine, but has not found a partner who matches her processing power. Once an electric investigators dives into someone's memory, they cannot complete the search unless they is pulled out by a partner called an Amicus. Because Echika is paired with incompatible partners, she always sends them to the hospital. She is not the type of genius that is praised, so she is shunned by her colleagues. Although she has a somewhat tsundere personality, she is basically a very cool character, but she is also indifferent to food and clothing.
