Raikou (富光)Raikou is a fraudulent faith healer, who teams up with the Hishimanji Guren Gang in order to bring ruin upon, first Takani Megumi and then the other doctors in the area. Their primary aim is to swindle and profiteer their patients and Raiko is known to favor the rich.Their plans are thwarted thanks to the efforts of the Kenshin-gumi and Raiko is forced to confess, in writing, that he was a charlatan from the beginning.
