First year student of AntiMagic Academy, he is unable to use guns, his clumsiness at handling them is referred to as a "curse", the only way for him to become strong was to polish his sword skills. Takeru decided to become a part of Inquisition to prove the world that sword will not lose to a gun, after defeat at hand of Ootori Ouka, he decided to continue striving to become an Inquisitor for the sake of money. His household has a huge debt he has to pay off, also he needs money for the sake of his little sister. He is a captain of 35th Test Platoon also referred to as Small Fry Platoon.
