Knight's & Magic for Kids?
Anime Relations: Knight's & Magic
No. If you like engineering, like making things, or just like military tech in general then you'll love this series. Honestly I'm extremely surprised at how well paced and written this series is. There's no extra fluff or ridiculous monolgoues or expositions like a typical shounen. The battles are un-narratted and entertaining.
There are times where I feel maybe the show is too light-hearted to take serious. When the characters or students lives are in danger it almost shirks away and avoids even considering it except for a rare instance when the main character almost died, the possibility of death or the deaths of villagers or knights are skimmed over.
Honestly at first it kinda bothered me but it does keep the mood of the series pretty straight forward and light-hearted and lets me focus on one thing and one thing only. The evolution of mechs, combat, and tactics based off technological innovations of the main character.
I find his fascination with improvements even of his own design by competitors and his lack of personal ambition perfect for just focusing on one thing, inventing cool mech's. After 7 episodes in, I feel like that's what this anime is about.
If you focus on just that one theme, the show is extremely enjoyable and never strays away from that. However if you want to understand more about the universe, an explanation of how he was reborn in this world, or any sort of deeper exposition of the world and the demons in general you'll be sorely disappointed. In one sense though I personally like it that way. The show doesn't have to be deep- and if it is, it doens't have to go into long dialogues and monolgues that take away from the main focus of the show. It can appear briefly in the background as the plot moves forward.
Another thing that's to be said about the traditional mech type anime is that the immersion of CG and animation was really good. A lesser anime the mech's would stand out like sore thumbs but in this one the blending of 3d mech and animated background is really good.
My only worry thus far is how will it end? With no problem, what kind of development will there be? How will the show reach it's finale? Is there even anything to resolve? At this point I think there isn't.

Hero Academy Ep 35
Anime Relations: Boku no Hero Academia 2nd Season
Felt pretty slow after the Hero Killer arc. Glad it's finally picking up. If they had glossed over everyone's battles except for the main heroe's I'd be a bit disappointed as some of the quirks are interesting enough to wonder how it will play out.
It was kinda weird to have the weightless girl quirk, honestly I'm not really sure how they would get out of it. Weight isn't the same thing as gravity but I wonder if that makes them related enough for her to do something about it. I hope we get to see that play out to something more interesting than a defeat.
Guess we'll find out next episode!

LOVE AND LIES
Anime Relations: Koi to Uso
Haven't had much time but this definitely my favorite series of the season. I dunno if that's making a stronger statement about this season's lack of quality anmie for the summer or my taste in general but the pangs of romance ring deeply for those still in love.
Following this Gamers! and the soccer one are pretty good. But overall I feel like there's nothing to really look forward to this season. Even Fate/Apocrypha feels a bit disappointing.

Koi no Uso worth watching?
Anime Relations: Koi to Uso
Definitely. This anime is really good at causing dilemma's and making u fall in love with the characters through light comedy. Definitely worth watching if you've watched rom-com's.
I actually recall reading the premise and considering it on livechart.me but that first episode had me hooked then the 2nd had me LOVING it. This anime has some really amazing pacing. Both girls are awesome and the twists in settings are so hilarious.
