While the visuals are amazing, character arcs are good, and the bodyswapping is played with in both a fun and interesting way, there are some large plotholes that seem to only be filled by "they don't remember these things"
Honestly, the show is mostly extremely mediocre and typical for the kind of anime it is, but the romance between the male and female lead is one of the most well-done in anime that I've seen. Without that, it would be a 5 at most.
The dialogue can be really jarring, because much of it doesn't go anywhere. A lot of things are only meaningful later on or if you're well-versed in Japanese to see all the wordplay at play.
Simply couldn't stand the characterization or voice of the character Asou Renji. Since he seems to be a main character, I decided to drop it and instead watch something else in the genre.
The anime's visual style is all over the place, including a live action nurse! I like the parts where an actual psychiatrist buts in to provide extra info. It sure is interesting, though maybe not great.
The first episode is pretty confusing, the second is pretty good but still explains nothing. This anime is the perfect case for the "three episode rule", it seems.
