IMO Chihayafuru is one of those hidden gems that just should be watched, it needs more attention.

If it wasn't for After Story I'd most likely rate it 4.0-3.5, but without this After Story wouldn't be what it is and I wouldn't like Clannad as much as I do. And to be fair I enjoyed the entire series quite alot.
