Instead of watching the anime go read the manga. It's so cute and adorable. The anime is horrid.

Story: The story itself is okay, since I read the manga I understood but if I hadn't, the story wouldn't make sense. Jumping from one big moment to the next.

Art: The anime art is eeh okay. Didn't like all the extra little weird way you made each character. For example sometimes how they walk.

Sound: The characters' voices are a bit odd. For example when the characters were 13, they sound like they're already going through major puberty changes.

This is basically a clip show of the best scenes from the manga, it even says as much at the beginning of the first episode. It doesn't even attempt to tell a complete story of its own. Having never read the manga, I had no idea what was going on, who any of the characters were or who was in love with who. I'm sure if you've read the manga, it's great, but as a standalone show it's useless. The second episode was better than the first, but that's not saying very much. The art and music were decent enough, but not amazing, and the ...

Yes, I get that it is an honor to have your work turned into an anime, but really, Go-sensei should have been more strict with what was done with her manga.
They took an adorable manga and clipped it into an OVA that's completely disjointed in plot and incapable of being enjoyed seeing as you do not understand who any of the characters are.
The artwork is still true of Go-sensei's manga, which I gave the series points for. It's still beautiful when it has to be and chibi/silly where it should be. The animation itself seems cheap and lazy though, which is frustrating, but I guess ...

I've heard it said that anime is often just an advertisement for the media it's adapting, be that a manga, light novel, or visual novel. I don't agree with that take all that much, but Suki desu Suzuki-kun!! takes this phenomenon to the next level. While you can tell there's something there, at the very least a passable romance plot, the execution of this anime is simply just terrible. From what I can tell, the manga itself isn't bad at all, and even has somewhat of a beloved status among its fans, so it's not what's being adapted that's the problem, it's the adaptation itself. ...
