This should be all One Piece animation. There are other One Piece Commercials not listed on MAL, so I'm not sure if they include any 2D/3D animation. There's also the One Piece Wano Kuni ONA Recap on YouTube, recapping Act 1 and Act 2 of Wano Kuni. It seems to have been removed from MAL. Maybe it wasn't an official recap done by Toei.
