Yubisaki to Renren

• Both are beautiful coming of age story Yubisaki to Renren lean more towards romance wherelse Koe no Katachi focus more on character development and explores very deep and powerful themes such as bullying, disability, forgiveness, mental health, suicide, and friendship. • Both the anime's female MC is deaf-mute and also kinda look similar in their appearance and behaviour. • Both the anime have different beautiful artstyle, doesn't look generic.  

I'm going to be that guy--"A Sign of Affection" and "A Silent Voice" only have one thing in common and that is a character who is hard of hearing. Beyond that, these two series are night and day. A Silent Voice explores the redemption of a former bully and how he seeks forgiveness for his past. One of the people he bullied was a young lady who was deaf. A Sign of Affection is a rom-com about a college-aged deaf student who falls in love with a young man who also goes to her university. The two are completely different in every way, yet they always find ways to communicate with each other. A Sign of Affection is not as gut-wrenching or as tonally dark as A Silent Voice but it does explore the merging of two different ways of life and how to coexist with someone completely different from yourself. read more

Another masterclass on humanity, caring about others and making excluded people feel welcome. Sometimes anime is way more than just staring at a screen to pass time, you can actually learn something that will make you improve as a person. 

• Both are shoujo romance anime with likable characters. • In both the anime a popular guy fall in love with an unpopular girl.  

This is similar to Yubisaki to Renren because both of the female MCs have trouble communicating with others verbally. YtR MC is completely deaf, while Komi has extreme social anxiety. Because of their inability to speak, they use other means to communicate with others, such as hand writing, writing, texting, etc. YtR has more romance than Komi though.
