Rebiya is a hentai so obscure, that at the time of writing it didn't even have a plot synopsis. I've personally submitted one for moderator review because, like the small kid said in that one scene in Starship Troopers, "I'm doing my part."
Rebiya is part of a grand tradition of anime that I like to call "historical fanfiction." It stars Goethe, the famous German poet, and his good friend Duke Maerck, who allegedly formed the inspiration for Goethe's story Faust. Of course, this being a hentai, it turns out that, in reality, Faust didn't cut a deal with Satan, but rather, an ancient Japanese sex

demon named Rebiya. And then 200 years pass, and we forget about the whole Maerck/Faust deal, and now it's the story of a virgin girl who gets fucked by a water dildo and decides to get revenge on her sister's cheating tutor? The story is very confusingly laid out, to the point where if I was watching it purely as an excuse to polish my pickle, I doubt I'd be able to give you a coherent explanation for what happens.
Speaking of pickles, the censorship is probably the worst I've ever seen. They decided to put large oval shaped pixelation patches over everyone's butts and crotches, which have a tendency to overpower the whole screen and turn it into garbage. The animation is basically non-existent, meaning that the scenes basically boil down to a woman's tits moving up and down once, maybe twice, per shot. At one point, a plot point exists that consists of the characters putting... something... over a man's penis, and because of the pixelation it could be just about anything. They could have... shown us the thing. You know, before it went into the Garbage Visual Zone where no usable information could be extracted. But that would have taken two seconds, and drawing someone holding sometihng is hard.
Overall, Rebiya was forgotten by MAL for a reason. Cheaply produced, nonsensically laid out, one of a thousand one-episode hentai that littered the shady backrooms of mid-2000s video stores. I only watched it because it had a listing, and I'm adding to information about it, now, so that it doesn't feed into other people's curiosity the same way it has for mine. If you want nonsensical imagery, rapid fire plot beats and footage of a hentai artist's best approximation of a powdered wig, watch Rebiya. Otherwise, watch anything else.
