New Interest Stack
Interest StacksA list of Anime that are related to water through activities or a setting fundamental to the plot, and have a decent rating. This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘪 𝘶𝘴𝘦 No open end (to some extent, in some) Looking for new romances?? An assorted stack of anime series focusing on Human-Robot relationships and interactions. The relationships depicted may or may not be romantic in nature and can encompass philosophical themes of compassion, morality, co-existence, and violence in some cases. Shows where the main character's mother couldn't evade the death flags (massive skill issue tbh) While 2022 and 2023 both gave us an outstanding amount of new and original anime, what will 2024 bring us? Fortunately I'm here to create a list of shows and movies that I believe will define this year for new anime. I have not read the sources for anything I'm listing, meaning no manga insights, light novel spoilers, or visual novel validations. Everything listed below is based on whether the entry synopsis, poster, or title intrigues me, or whether I know of something that has made me excited for this show. I've made my personal stack for anime I'm going to re-watch during summer. Also some that I will watch on Summer 2024. Enjoy! Do you hate it inland? Do you like beaches? How about the sea? The anime in this stack will bring you for a trip by the coast, near the vast blue oceans and the golden sand. The anime you'll find here are set (mostly) in coastal areas of Japan and the world, or even in the sea itself; these are seaside stories. This stack lists various anime with coastal, oceanic or maritime settings. They may be "ocean worlds" or just involve shoreside locations (e.g. a seaside town); however, they all share a setting characterised by proximity to a marine environment. Naturally, each series has varying levels of emphasis on these nautical elements. All the anime in this stack have at least one visual novel adaptation (be it official or unofficial), sequel/prequel, or spin-off. It includes both anime adapted from VNs and adapted into VNs. This stack DOES NOT include unofficial 18+ visual novel adaptations, nor any non-distributed visual novels, nor low-quality parodies or spin-offs. |
