For a new viewer going into this movie, you have to watch both for the full experience. Any of these movies can be watched in any order, depending on the order you watch will change your perspective of both movies. (for me I watched, To Every You -> To Me). If you can't decide which movie to watch first, ill give you a brief description to help you decide which to start with. Boku ga Aishita Subete no Kimi e (To Every You I've Loved Before) If you decide to start with this movie, you will feel Confused, curious, asking questions on why these things are happening. Both animes follow a romantic relationship with the difference that in Kimi wo Aishita Hitori no Boku e, the whole plot is a lot more complex, while in Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi the whole romance plot story is a lot more chill and easier to consume. Both shows are very emotional and would leave you teary eyed at least once during the watch. If you want a more complex romance story go with Kimi wo Aishita Hitori no Boku e If you want an easier to consume but still very interesting and sweet romantic story, go with Josee to Tora to Sakan-tachi

These two animes are themed around time travel and Time Leap. The two protagonists of these works are very similar (mainly the reason for time travel). The concepts of Time Leap and timelines are also very similar. In addition, everything has a price to pay and the protagonists learn this in suffering.

They both have pretty animation, the plots are somewhat similar - the characters' consciousness can swap bodies. In Your Name, the protagonists swap bodies, meanwhile in To Me, The One Who Loved You they are able to paralell shift between worlds. Both movies are love stories, but not sugary-syrupy kind of love, it was more realistic imo. I recommend watching To Me, The One Who Loved You first, then To Every You I Loved Before (same story, different pov) to get the full picture, but the movies are enjoyable on their own as well.
