Both male leads are in a similar position of power Both protecting the female leads Similar vibes overall but Tian Mei is themed around vampires not otome  

Both shows are pretty bad but enjoyable 

Both tell the story of a vampire boy and a human girl who slowly fall in love. Both animes are enjoyable. If you loved Sweet Bite Marks, you would surely love Devils' Line.  

Both have a girl who fears the lead male (because the boy bullies the girl, and their relationship is bad and aggressive at the beginning), and then the relationship slowly improves, and they fall in love. Both have a poor girl and a rich boy.
