Kanojo ga Yatsu ni Idakareta Hi

I write this review about what you could expect so you don't have to bother yourself watching it. Or watch it, is not an order I am not your mother.

So let's clear out of the way what you want to know:
Sound: It's NTR, you know the usual. The piano soundtrack.
Art: It's Nur (PORO's odd baby brother), so you know, the same faces you have seen dozens of times. Yurina (FMC) looks like an older version of Marina from Oni Chichi.

Now the story and the content of why should (NOT) watch this:
I don't like NTR, but I don't condone people that do. Hey it's their internet ... service and their own leisure time.
Everyone is free to do whatever the hell they want.
So at the end of the day it's just my weird opinion so I understand not many will agree with it.

Nowadays NTR seems to be happening just because, instead of having a well constructed plot.
I have seen a couple NTR in order to understand the appeal.
I do tolerate it. I just don't buy the premise.
This is one of the very clear examples that when a studio makes Anime original, puts in charge people that have a creative impairment of sorts, because this lacks cohesive narrative.
As much as hentai realm has a free pass in almost anything at least they should pretend to care when they tell a story.

Half the time, the males are deviants, looking for someone to exploit, blackmail, or just plain rape and abuse for the fun of it.
The other half of the males are always cowards that can't or won't cut those bastards junks off and put them where they truly belong.
But the females are the worst.
Not a single one is portrayed in any context having a spine or sense of self-worth or self-respect.

My problem is that the premise has too weak of an explanation.
Vanilla/Harem/Comedy/Parody does not need an explanation.
It's supposed to be ideal, sunshine, sugar and shit.
Fantasy/Isekai go along the same idea.
Mind Control Sometimes is with a Semi-Evil Protagonist but most of the times is like Aku no Onna.
Humilliation usually has MC as thrash and being an asshole. The story is always from his perspective.
That is why that kind of reasoning of lacking explanations does not apply in those situations.
So people don't take them seriously because you can't, is unrreal by default.

But NTR is different.
Is not the sex scene what I have a problem with, at the end is just a sex scene. And for whatever odd reason, you might have realised that NTR happens to have the hottest sex scenes every time.
I assume that is done on purpose to please the audience.
My problem comes from what got them to that point in NTR.
The NTR is fundamentally loathsome because is cheating and infidelity at the core and that's too much IRL issue, nobody really wants to be cucked, but if they go that route, then they have to make sure that the reason why it happens is at least somewhat believable.

NTR that the plot justified why they even occurred:
1-) Nikuyome: The husband is a disgusting pedo.
2-) Aniyome: Based on VN. Husband/Brother is a piece of shit.
3-) Netorarezuma: Husband got cucked because he "forces" his wife to dress up as his favorite idol and she was pissed.
The last one very forced but still somewhat within the "believable" range.
4-) Akebi no Hana: Boyfriend did not contact girlfriend for a year. Went to College but did not bother to pick up the phone.
Girlfriend feeling neglected, abandoned and horny. Needs more information but by technicality, could "make sense".
MC also ended up with the friend who is 10x better anyway. In the adaptation at least. Source material is different.
5-) Aisai Nikki: NTR/Netorase. 2 for 1. Netorase because the husband wants to be cucked because he feels he is not satisfying his wife enough.
NTR because he did not bother to inform his wife that he "borrowed" her to someone else and made it seem like it was forced.
Spice things up in their sex life and ended up having a 3some. "Happy ending?"
6-) Daraku Reijou: Rather fucked up. "MC lost his girlfriend because he had a limp dick". No. He lost because FMC's father "sold" her to the fuckboy, a millionaire causing troubles to his company.
She willingly became his sex toy in order to protect her father. She married the fuckboy at the end. The fact she liked it at the end is not relevant to the plot itself but rather to the resolution.

You can have a different opinion, but while they are still NTR/Netori/Netorase, they did not happen just because but rather for a "valid" reason within their stories.
This one though, way too much of an asspull, even by NTR standards:

She agreed to be the fuckboy's cum dumpster in order to prevent the scandal.
Instead of resolving this in a realistic manner:
1-) Addressing the concern to the husband and let him handle it.
2-) Addressing the issue to HR and get suspended at best.
It's wrong but is her husband so there is 0 sexual favor on it.
3-) Addressing the issue and getting fired without any black marks in the permanent record due to confessing the felony.

See? 3 IRL easy solutions, but NO.
Let's go for:

4-) You would rather let some guy fucked you and cheat on your husband X number of times for a 1-time situation that could have been fixed fast.
Oh ok, it's one of those again.
FMC is purposely made a retard and an idiot as a lame excuse to force the genre huh?
That's my problem with NTR. It's not like I can't tolerate it but I have to believe the plot.

The NTR previously mentioned had a coherent reason aside from "Because his meat is bigger".
Sorry I can't cope with the fact that in order to believe the plot I have to turn off my brain.
This might come as a surprise but there are people that like to be entertained by the story while beating their meat.
So if you are not one of those, mad respect for you since you give 0 shits if it's ugly bastard/loli/gangbang/humilliation/rape/tentacle as long as you can cum to your heart's content.
Which means that you will enjoy this anyway so you might as well watch it.

"Protects herself and her secret from people finding out she had sex at the workplace with her husband" by having sex with ANOTHER GUY AT THE SAME PLACE?
Doesn't that make it worse and defeats the whole purpose? Do they even bother to remember their own story?
She had sex with her husband at night and got conveniently caught in the act but now she is giving blowjobs and having sex during bussiness hours (Which she seems to enjoy, so much for the faithful wife huh?) and nobody found out?
Laws of common sense don't apply in Hentai I know but c'mon. Then people complain that is the MC's fault for having a limp dick or not paying attention when the story is pulling all this bullshit.

The worse part is that at the end she is the one making the advances and going out of her way to protect the fuckboy even when the husband asked her to stop pampering him at work.
So she is not being blackmailed anymore? Wow that did not take long.

At the end of the day is always the same "Let me get rid of my perfect life with my caring husband who loves me deeply because this other guy's 5 cm longer and I want to be treated like a whore and a piece of shit and I can't get enough of that pleasure".
Yet she does not leave her husband to start a relationship with the new guy either. Aren't you greedy huh?
It's like the pussy lust overrules the brain's normal function and they just happened to become a cock lover.

The only issue i have with NTR at times is how unrealistic it is in order to elaborate the plot.
If it was for a much more compelling reason, something that did not lack common sense and coherency it would be "accepted".
They force upon the viewer "Everyone has shit for a brain therefore everything will happen in the dumbest way possible that I can force out of my balls".

Kanojo ga Yatsu ni Idakareta Hi is your run of the mill blackmail/NTR hentai where a married office lady is blackmailed into an NTR relationship with one of her subordinates.

The story is painfully executed in some of the worst ways you can in any sort of film. Starting off the first episode with paragraph after paragraph of backstory which the viewer has to read in order to understand the characters and situation is pathetically bad. No one wants to spend the first 5 or so minutes just reading blacks of text, the point of an animation is to visually show us not to ... bore us to death with mundane details. Then after reading for the first quarter of the hentai we get just a really bland and uninteresting NTR story you've seen a million times making the text even more pointless.

The art is okay and the girl looks pretty good, but that's all you can really say for the art. It's just mediocre quality with decent animation, nothing to get excited about or terrible enough to warn you of the blandness.

The sound is kind of the expected piano background music to try and give this a more dark tone, but the quality like everything else is sub-par.

Overall, I didn't enjoy this at all and the text instantly killed any hope of interest in it, and I couldn't recommend this to anyone even if you're desperate for some NTR. It's as if someone was given the challenge of trying to make the most stale hentai they could will keeping all the generic tropes of a NTR hentai present. This is just a dreadful hentai and one everyone should just skip and save your self the time this would have wasted.
