These two both have basically the same premise: Man from Rome charged with some construction project being sometimes randomly warped to modern day Japan for inspiration. Most of the humor comes from the cultural and technological differences between the two time periods and regions. Olympia Kyklos is much more of a gag comedy and I found it to be the more enjoyable of the two, but both scratch a similar itch for short historical comedy.

Both include statue type characters Both are short anime comedies Olympia Kykklos is set both in Ancient Greece and 1964 Tokyo whereas Sekkou Boys tales place at 2010's Japan

If you like the VAPORWAVE AESTHETICS and think it has comedic potential, both these short projects are worth looking at since they're comedies featuring Greek statues, dolphins / old pixel art, palm trees and Japanese subtitles. Though, the humor in Olympia Kyklos is much more slapstick while Flying Luna Clipper is rather... off-beat. But I think they cater to the same type of people.

Both have absurd comedy that will shatter your expectations. You never know what each episode will bring. Olympia is much more "random" with it's humor, often using real-world stock videos, but I found both to be equally enjoyable. If you like one, you will very likely also like the other.
