Mixed Feelings
When I was in Fukuoka back in 2019 I was intrigued by the fact that somehow the local shopping centre had turned Evangelion into a light and water show. The experience was pretty interesting as it is probably the first and last time Evangelion will appear like that. But if you missed it, it isn't anything to be particularly concerned about. It doesn't tell something new nor is it something that revolutionises the world of anime. Instead it is merely a water light show. I wouldn't bother watching this on YouTube either, it was far more awesome to experience it in person.

Mixed Feelings
As TDPerrin states, in the description of a YouTube upload of this, "In case you've ever thought Evangelion was in dire need of an accompanying water show and a building upon which to be projected."

Hakata Angel Attack is pretty average. It's an eight minute short movie, but due to being projected onto a building wall, it's quite hard to tell what's going on at times. Art appeared to be mostly CGI. The story is only there to give each Evangelion something to do, and I cannot understand the dialogue, as I don't speak Japanese.

It has Sagisu's score, though!
