Yo, I'll be real; I know nothing about this band other than the fact that this song was used in one of the cringest Naruto Shippuden openings. But hearing this song again in the context of this music video, I gotta say, this song is a bop.

It's really catch and upbeat, juxtaposed with the melancholy imagery of an abandoned city retaken by nature, makes for a very emotionally conflicted watch. This in tern led to the video being pretty enjoyable, and made the three minutes go by pretty quick. The black and white manga like animation, plus the post apocalyptic setting, gave ... this video a strong Eden it's an Endless World vid, which is definitely a vibe worth imitating, and the story of a solo astronaut documenting this abandon city really added to the melancholy vide of this vib.

So this music video is pretty dope, and I would definitely recommend giving it three minutes of your time. At the vary least watch it for the free MAL entry to make you list look bigger than what it is.

I LOVE THIS SONG. You've got to watch a lyric video, the lyrics are really deep and resonated with me. The art on the music video. 10/10. No doubt. Really nice manga-like art, the setting in the video really goes with the lyrics, the animals everywhere create a really nice feeling, I'm not sure how to explain it. As for the actual opening that it's from, I love that too. The characters dancing really give a nice feel to the opening, but, i have to say they don't really fit the lyrics well but as a person that can't speak english that obviously didn't bother ... me at first. Despite that though, the animation is nice and it really doesn't make a difference for me at all

With no doubt, even the haters acknowledge the formidable collection of amazing openings/endings the Naruto franchise has, especially Naruto Shippuden, but unfortunately, it does not fall for this opening.

Opening 10 is arguably one of if not the worse Naruto Shippuden, it spaned from episode 231 to 256, overlapping both the long "Paradise Life on a Boat" filler arc and the "Fourth Shinobi World War: Countdown" canon arc which was not by any mean the height of the series. I guess one of the aspects that makes an opening stick out is what surrounds it of memories from the days of watching said episode, be it ... something important and a turn event of the story or something that goes beyond the 4th wall dealing with your day to a daily life situation.

Newsong misses all the checkboxes, and by a land slide.
