Both anime for kids which also promoted other toys/games/products within their franchises. Both follow young comedic heroes who battle against their peers using gear (beyblades/medabots) they can swap out parts of their blades/bots to customise it for battle. Medabot's Medals as well as Beyblade's Bitbeasts inhabit ancient spirits who aid their partners in battle.

Both kids anime with the show's heroes befriending monsters / sentient creatures. In both these creatures harbour great power that is best employed when assisted by the human character counterparts. The main characters of the two shows can both be very immature. Both have great art styles as well as character designs.

Has the same sort of story i guess. only difference is Rockman.EXE(Megaman Nt Warrior) has to do with the Net and Medabots is real life. In Rockman.EXE humans control beings on the net called net navis using their PETs (PErsonal Terminal) and they can carry out everyday tasks and have net battles. For Medabots they are controlled by humans in real life using Meda Watches to do everyday tasks and Robattles.

In both series their respective monsters speak the same human language as the human character counterparts and communicate with them in this way. Both have similar themes and humour.

Both second seasons of iconic kids anime that follows children heroes as they improve at their respective competitive battle scenes. Both have a huge selection of monsters with cool designs. These monsters act as sentient partners to our heroes. In beyblade the spirits are sealed within bitbeats and inside the bey whereas in medabot the spirits are sealed within medals that are placed in battling robots.
