Has the same sort of story i guess. only difference is Rockman.EXE(Megaman Nt Warrior) has to do with the Net and Medabots is real life. In Rockman.EXE humans control beings on the net called net navis using their PETs (PErsonal Terminal) and they can carry out everyday tasks and have net battles. For Medabots they are controlled by humans in real life using Meda Watches to do everyday tasks and Robattles.

Both involve child heroes who battle using these objects that are made of various parts which can be upgraded and swapped. Both feature competitive tournaments.
