Besides the fact that these two anime have great comedy, these two anime also manage to provide us our more carnal needs. Both anime have a fantatsy setting where the main characters get laid by monster girls: (so far) Peter has sex with elfs and ogres while the guys from Ishuzoku have sex with more varied and exotic creatures. (So far) Peter Grill is an average ecchi show with off-screen sex; while Ishuzoku goes all the way to the ecchi-hentai borderline, arguably even crossing it in a few scenes. Even if you are bothered by the over-sexualized anime cuture; you can enjoy it for the comedy.

Similarities: Both involves the MC having a menagerie of exotic girls ( if you know what I mean) Both involves the harem vying for the MC's love. In both case the MC was reluctant to not get into their harem's bad side.... Dissimilarities: Monmosu MC never gets to do his harem. The harem members arrived to the MC's life by another part-time harem member. Peter Grill: MC gets to do his harem. The harem member only wants the MC's love juice to make babies for them to own.

similarities: Both have the ff: - A menagerie of harem members vying for the MC's love.... -A certain Cast who like the Guy but there were a lot of other cast who kept getting in the way. -A male MC who is very much awesome in most ways, but very much dumb when it comes to girls. dissimilarities: Mon Musu It was the guy's associate who like him, but other harem members keep getting in the way. The guy's specialty was treating the sick and injured demi humans. The guy's associate has a habit of being rough towards the guy especially when she feels jealous. Peter Grill: It was the male MC who like certain girl  read more

Basically the same anime Both are borderline-hentai ecchi harem animes In both anime, the protagonist is surrounded by females who all want to 'sleep' with him (and not actually sleeping, the bad sleeping)

similarities: Both have the ff: -A harem who wants to have a baby with the male MC. -A Male MC whose life turns upside down the moment them harem members enters their lives. Dissimilarities: -One anime ended where each harem member get a slice of the male MC's doppelganger. While one anime may end with the guy doing all of them harem members expect the main female MC....or not.

Both animes have ecchi as their central theme. Dokyuu HxEros uses libido as a source of power to defeat monsters that suck people's sexual will. Peter Grill is the funniest, where the "strongest" man in the kingdom goes through sexual adventures, where the girls are maddened to have a strong heir.

Both are more or less hentai but airing on TV (ofc get the uncencored version for both anime). Both anime have pretty much isekai setting (OP main character, fantasy world, harem etc.) even though the MC is not from our world (as far as I know) In both anime the male MC gets raped. Main difference is that Peter Grill is more comedy while Kaifuku Jutsushi is a lot darker: Peter Grill just happily gets himself fucked by cute girls, while Keyaru takes revenge.

The same anime where the premise is all about making babies from one guy's love, except in conception the way it was done was somewhat...............needs improvement ( figure of speech) while the other one was a ok for a quasi hentai.

Both are parody, ecchi, harem, anime where the main protagonist fails beautifully to have a single platonic relationship with the girl he really likes. They have a very similar kind of humor, feel really similar in general and they both have great plot.
